? Work closely with Covance hiring managers and recruitment team to identify the staffing needs and ensure that all the recruitment processes are conducted efficiently to meet company policies and standards
? Follow and improve the whole recruitment process including job description clarification, interview guide design, interviews, tests, offer negotiation and preparation
? Develop and maintain different kinds of recruiting channels to ensure their effectiveness
? Prepare weekly open position report, monthly recruiting fee report and other report required by supervisor
? Other tasks from supervisor
?Graduates of 2020 or studies of or above grade 3 in college.
?Human resource/ English major is preferred.
?Can provide service for at least 3 days a week in Covance office.
?Good English writing, reading and speaking ability.
?Good communication and learning skills.
?Diligent and eager to learn, honest and reliable.
